We want to give all students a friendly reminder to work towards completing their study logs and emailing them to [email protected]. Receipt of study logs is being carefully tracked. Attached is a new generic student study log template that can be used by all students at any level at our school. Students may also continue to use their current study log template for the time being. But, we suggest using this new version for all future academic years. Please read this email and reply to acknowledge that you clearly understand.
CALIFORNIA BAR STUDY LOG REQUIREMENT The California Bar has stressed its requirement that all students maintain a current and ultimately completed log of their archived/live lecture attendance and school-related activities. There is no live lecture attendance requirement. However, this study log must be completed.
DUE DATES In order for American Institute of Law to remain in compliance with this California Committee of Bar Examiner regulation, all students must turn in a copy of their up-to-date study logs prior to mid-term and final exam date(s). Student must submit the entire completed signed study log in one of the following methods: (1) email to [email protected]; (2) fax to 888-657-1895; (3) mail to American Institute of Law, 18411 Crenshaw Boulevard, Suite 416, Torrance, CA 90504-5066. Emailing a copy is much easier and efficient. Your professor may ask that an emailed copy be sent to them as well.
If study logs are not received in a timely manner, the 864 clock hour requirement cannot be validated; therefore, official transcripts can not be issued.
