• GOTO  https://ail.populiweb.com/
• Enter Username and Password
• Click My Profile
• Click Student Tab
• Click your Current Class
• Click Lessons Tab (on the Left side)
• Click the desired Class Date
• Right click on the MP4 video file
• Then Choose Open Link in New Windows
• Locate and click the 3 grey dots on the upper right hand corner of your screen
• Click the Download link. File should begin downloading into your download folder. Please wait for this process to complete.
